TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd, a leading film exhibition and entertainment company is seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:

1. ASSISTANT CINEMA MANAGER / CINEMA SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cinema Manager in the operations of the multiplex.
• Involved in planning, controls and staff training and development.
• Responsible to ensure that the quality of service, presentation and functionality of the cinemas are of the prescribed standards.
• Ensure that employees adhere to the operational procedures and controls.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or its equivalent. Candidates with relevant work experience in the fast food or hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with leadership qualities.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport.

2. PROJECTIONISTS

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projection equipments are well maintained and serviced regularly.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance on projection equipments.
• Provide good customer service in term of quality of presentation.
• Troubleshoot and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on equipment, advertisement and trailer list.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/SPVM/technical tertiary qualification.
• Must be prepared to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport.
