Yes, the release of "Karuppu" has been postponed by the film’s distributors until further notice.
2. When will the movie “Karuppu” be released?
We are currently awaiting further updates from the movie distributor. Once the new release date is confirmed, we will share the updates through our website, mobile app and social media accounts.
3. Do I need to apply for a refund myself?
No.

Online purchases (via website and mobile app):

We will have processed a full refund for your payment. The refund will be reflected in your payment account at the earliest possible date.

Yes, we have processed a full refund for your payment for both the ticket and food/drinks.
8. Does the refund include the booking fee?
Yes, your booking fee will also be refunded.
9. Can I keep my current seat for when the movie eventually comes out?
Due to the movie being postponed indefinitely, all bookings have been cancelled and refunded. You will need to make a new booking once the new release date is announced.
10. Can I exchange my refund ticket for another movie instead?
Once your refund is processed, you are more than welcome to book tickets for any other movie currently showing.
