Safety & Event Notice

Event Activity Safety Notice & Participant Acknowledgement

For your safety, please read and follow all instructions before participating.

  1. For Spidey Bouldering, Crawling (A-Frame Cargo Net) and the Human Claw Machine, the maximum participant weight is 80 kg and the maximum participant height is 180 cm.
  2. Only one (1) participant is allowed on each activity at a time.
  3. Participants must wear covered, secure and non-slip shoes. Slippers, sandals, high heels and bare feet are not permitted.
  4. Loose clothing, jewellery, lanyards, phones, bags and other personal belongings must be removed before participating.
  5. Long hair must be securely tied back.
  6. Participants must climb carefully using both hands and feet. No pushing, running, diving, somersaulting, rough play, swinging, shaking, bouncing or intentional jumping is permitted.
  7. Participants must descend slowly in the manner instructed by event staff and land within the designated safety-mat area.
  8. Do not enter, use or leave the activity until instructed by trained event staff and the activity area is clear.
  9. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  10. Participants—and the parent or legal guardian of any participant under 18—are responsible for determining whether the participant is physically and emotionally capable of participating safely and without assistance.
  11. Anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition, recent surgery, injury, dizziness, mobility limitation, heart condition, breathing difficulty, seizure condition or fear of heights should not participate.
  12. Participants must not take part while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication that causes drowsiness, or any substance that may affect their balance or judgment.
  13. Stop immediately and inform event staff if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, panic, breathing difficulty or any other signs of distress.
  14. Follow all instructions given by event staff before, during and after the activity.
  15. Event staff and Management may refuse, stop or end participation at any time due to unsafe behaviour, failure to meet the safety requirements, equipment concerns, weather conditions or any risk to the participant or others.
  16. Participation involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions and minor or serious injury.
  17. By participating, the participant—and the parent or legal guardian of any participant under 18—confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these safety requirements.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from activity(ies).

General Event Notice

  1. Participants and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Please keep all valuables secure, as TGV Cinemas will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
  2. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by TGV Cinemas for reasonable future promotional and marketing purposes.
  3. Products, food and beverages sold at participating partner or vendor booths are supplied directly by the respective sellers. Please inspect all products and check all food and beverages carefully before purchase or consumption. TGV Cinemas is not responsible for their quality, condition, ingredients, allergens, suitability, warranty, exchange, refund or any related dispute. Any concerns must be raised directly with the respective seller.
  4. By registering for this event, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data by TGV Cinemas in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
