Synopsis
An upcoming Indian Tamil-language political action thriller film directed by H. Vinoth and produced by KVN Productions. The movie features Vijay, Pooja Hegde, and Bobby Deol in the lead roles, supported by Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, and Priyamani. It marks Vijay’s final film before his transition into politics and serves as KVN Productions’ first Tamil-language venture.
The project was officially announced in September 2024 under the working title Thalapathy 69, denoting Vijay’s 69th film as a leading actor, with its official title revealed in January 2025. Principal photography began the following month in Chennai, followed by schedules in Payanoor and additional shoots back in Chennai, concluding in August 2025. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan and editing by Pradeep E. Ragav.
