Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan is reportedly in final talks to join Salman Khan’s upcoming untitled superhero film.

If confirmed, the project will mark the duo’s first on-screen collaboration since the 2015 hit Bajrangi Bhaijaan, ending an 11-year gap that fans have long hoped would come to an end.

According to industry reports, Kareena responded positively to the role after Salman personally approached her to discuss the project.

The pair previously shared successful chemistry in films such as Bodyguard and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, both of which became major box office hits.

Production Status of Their Upcoming Project

The large-scale production will be backed by Atul Agnihotri and Mythri Movie Makers, with acclaimed directing duo Raj & DK leading the project.

The film is expected to offer a fresh take on the superhero genre by focusing on an aging hero who is forced back into action, moving away from traditional comic book formulas.

Pre-production is already underway, with significant attention being given to advanced visual effects and large-scale action sequences. Filming is currently expected to begin around Oct or Nov 2026.
